Can I Return Something?

Due to the delicate nature of vintage, all sales are final. Any major issues with the item will be noted in the description so please take note before purchasing. Care is taken to measure each item so please check out those details. If there is something specific that was missed when listed, please reach out to shopstudiosolenne@gmail.com

Can I Do Local Pick up?

Yes! We offer local pick up in Parksville BC. When you go to check out on the website, fill out all of your information first, and then at the shipping step please select Local Pick up. Please only select local pick up if you are able to pick up your package in a timely manner. You will receive an email within three days of purchasing with details on how and where to pick up.

How Does Shipping Work?

All orders are processed and shipped from Parksville, BC, Canada usually within one week of the order being placed. If it will take longer to process and ship the order, you will be notified.

Shipping costs are determined by weight and size of the items being purchased and the destination address.

If you receive an item that is damaged by shipping, please let us know immediately.

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
